Vern Henderson retired as a Chief of Police in Monmouth County after a 35 year career in law enforcement. While this seems a far cry from aspiring singer, Vern always had a passion for music. A chance meeting with Gary Evans gave him the chance to bring his vision to life; bring musically talented people together to form a professional group of entertainers. You will catch Vern singing lead & backup vocals as well as spinning the music mixes.
Shari “music has always been my thing” Henderson Shari has been involved in amateur & professional music her whole life. She spent her early days singing in school chorus productions and performing with live bands in the Middlesex County area and would go on to share the stage with musicians who are members of some of today’s prominent high profile acts! You’ll catch Shari front and center singing lead/backup vocals as well as playing an array of small percussion instruments.
Neil Miranda is a singer/songwriter who brings a wide array of musical talent to the group, including guitar, harmonica, box drum and vocals. His singing and songwriting encompass a broad spectrum from Rock, Folk, Blues/Jazz, Gospel & Country, and he’s recently released CDs in the Christian spiritual genre. He’s taken his talents from California to New Jersey to Florida, with many stops along the way! When he’s not performing with Reflection Station, he’s working on a CD of original songs with Nashville North Studio’s.
Valerie Vaughn Valerie who is known as “New Jersey’s Troubadour” is a singer/songwriter, guitar & keyboardist with over 30 years of experience in rock bands, folk trios and R&B groups. She is celebrated for her numerous compositions about NJ history and folklore and was chosen to perform at The Kennedy Center to showcase her many songs. She also appeared in a benefit concert with folk legend Pete Seeger and was a featured alumni in Rutgers Magazine. She spends her time as the resident songwriter for the Jersey Shore Folklife Center at the Tuckerton Seaport and belting out her favorite songs with REFLECTION STATION.
